At ZACFutures, we take privacy seriously, and as such we have laid out the following policy.

As a company, we take payments via either consumer credit card or via crypto. Either way, we do store customer data on a secure local database. This information is for the purposes of maintaining subscriptions and fulfilling customer requests only. All of our customers’ data is stored on secure servers behind state-of-the-art firewalls. These servers are not shared with any other companies.

This data includes email addresses, usernames, and billing info. This data, however, is stored in an encrypted format which should be considered secure or “hack-proof”.
Customer data is stored only as long as a customer is a paid member of the ZACFutures service. Should a member cancel their account, we will retain their customer data on the chance that they return as a paying subscriber.

When a user uses our website, all of the above information is collected, stored, and sometimes processed as part of our services’ general procedure. Your information will only be used for the above-noted reasons. ZACFutures will never share, sell, lease, or otherwise distribute your personal information, including names and email addresses, to any other third parties under any circumstances.

As well as the above-mentioned reasons, there are a number of additional reasons why we might collect personally identifiable information. These include, but are not limited to:

1. Providing personal customer service
2. Billing and other accounting purposes
3. To contact users in case of service issues
4. For personalized special offers or other promotions

From time to time, ZACFutures may contact a user regarding their account. This may be to troubleshoot membership errors, resolve disputes, resolve billing issues, supply marketing offers, deliver company news, request opinions on services and products offered, or other related reasons. In general, this contact will take place via the email that a member has on file within their account, though more urgent communications may be via Telegram.
